About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team in Ahmedabad. You’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence and developing strategies to increase engagement, build a community, generate leads, and promote our brand effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and publish engaging text, image, and video content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.). Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster a positive online community.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies primarily through organic social media efforts and targeted campaign initiatives
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using relevant tools. Prepare regular reports on key insights and recommend optimizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. Identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and content.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management.
  • Familiarity with social media best practices and platform-specific strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences.
  • Strong grasp of platform-specific social media strategies aimed at driving organic lead generation.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising.
