Job Description: Sales & Customer Success Executive

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals, both freshers and experienced candidates, who are interested in building a career in Sales and Customer Success. This role offers exposure to B2B sales, client handling, the SaaS and IoT industry, and real-time customer problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales – Learning & Execution
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Support lead generation activities and follow up with prospective clients.
- Assist in product demonstrations and presentations.
- Learn and gradually take ownership of deal closures.
2. Customer Success
- Support the onboarding of new clients.
- Help clients understand and use the platform effectively.
- Handle basic client queries and coordinate with the technical team for resolutions.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely responses to clients.
3. Account Support
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
- Assist senior team members in managing key accounts.
Who Can Apply?
- Fresh graduates with a BBA, B.Com, MBA, or a similar qualification.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Individuals with a strong interest in sales, client interaction, and technology.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
- Confidence in communicating and interacting with clients.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic understanding of MS Excel and CRM tools. Training will be provided.
