Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and business growth

  • Perform keyword research, website audits, and on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

  • Optimize content for search intent, Content SEO, and E-E-A-T guidelines

  • Monitor search engine algorithm updates and optimize SEO strategies accordingly

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube

  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns with audience targeting, scaling, and A/B testing

  • Plan and optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and cost efficiency

  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and pixels

  • Execute retargeting, remarketing, and lead funnel strategies

  • Handle social media campaigns and content planning across major platforms

  • Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI and conversions

  • Conduct competitor research and identify growth opportunities

  • Work closely with sales, content, and design teams

  • Prepare performance reports and insights for management


Tools & Skills Required

  • SEO tools: Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog

  • Analytics & tracking: GA4, GTM, Google Search Console

  • Paid platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager

  • CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho – good to have)

  • Understanding of CRO and A/B testing

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO & digital marketing

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid campaigns, analytics, and performance tracking

  • Experience in lead generation, performance marketing, and budget optimization

  • Data-driven mindset with good communication skills
